DPAC Open House

We had a fantastic insider look at the Durham Performing Arts Center as the photographers covering their recent open house event. Colin & I had a blast with people as they got to walk across the DPAC stage for the first time, hold an actual Tony Award, and take the fascinating backstage tour.

Each cast and artist who performs at DPAC signs the wall backstage, and the broadway companies spend days making theirs a wonderful reflection of their show.

There were so many great moments from this event that I’ve posted a full NiftyDurham story HERE

And if you’d enjoy seeing the campy folks had with the (real!) Tony award that Gentleman’s Guide to Love and Murder won, see those here on the national GGLAM Broadway page HERE.

ProTip: DPAC does monthly public tours on the first Monday of the month. Will we see you on the next one? Info HERE.
