The best news about ordering
prints is that there have never been more options, and the
prices are less expensive across the board.
These options are for getting lots of prints from events. Publications are all completely digital, and when you just need a few prints from an event, or enlargements, please see my price sheet to the left.
There's a huge change in how I offer these services. With film long gone and with my newest digital camera and software producing much more consistent images, I'm able to pass some great savings on to clients. I want to offer the options that clients need and feel are reasonably priced.

Best Print Set
I make one print (or doubles) of the best images for
the entire shoot. This would be similar to what you'd
get from a shoot in the film days.
Advantages:
• Least time on your part
• Least cost per print as it's a big order of the best images (easiest to make look nice)
• Fastest as you don't have to go through and order
Disadvantages:
• If you want to order an odd assortment of multiple prints ( 3 of this image, 6 of that), you'll need to place a smaller order after the big set of prints are delivered
Cost Example:
As a rough example: an event might generate 200 prints for $150 or so or 300 prints for $200-$250 or so.

Your List
You edit through our online gallery or a CD and choose
exactly what prints you want.
Advantages:
• Get exactly what you want in one order
• Low cost per print as it's a big order
• You can order a mix of print sizes and quantities
Disadvantages:
• Takes your time to choose and make a thorough list
• Sometimes after an event things are busy, and it might be a while before you can create an order... so the prints are available later to attendees.
Cost Example:
Cost is around $1 or so per print for 4x6's when you place a large order. I also do 5x7's for $10 each, and with a big 4x6 order, I can discount the 5x7's substantially.

Your Lab
For clients we consistently work with, and who are
confident is their ability to do quality-control on the
print process, we approve labs to make a few snapshot
prints from your event file CD.
Advantage:
Very inexpensive, as you are getting the lab's wholesale price
Disadvantages:
• You do all of the legwork: Editing, ordering, going to the lab, adjusting images that need to be tweaked
• You must make sure the lab quality is good (In the other options, Ken does all this for you)
• Won't work for larger prints as file CD images are only at a snapshot resolution (and if you need enlargements, it must be an important enough print that you'd like them fully prepped, right?)
• Labs often recognize professional work and make you contact me for a copyright waiver for print, which is a hassle for everyone
